all work is guaranteed for 90 days on installed new locks and materials only.
Cancellation
Due the high demand for our services, NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. However you may reschedule your service once.
Customer Responsibilities
Due our busy schedule, it is a customer’s responsibility to answer calls, text, email from Hero Locksmiths including calls from our technicians or Management.if we are unable to reach the customer, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. We will only contact you regarding matters related to your service. Any communication from hero Locksmith will pertain specifically to your appointment or service needs.
